We hope that you will want to join or renew your membership of the RCM Residents Association for 2021.
Membership is open to owners and tenants of homes in Royal Clarence Marina (east of Weevil Lane*). There is a small annual subscription of £10 per household to help cover the cost of the website, printing and other incidental expenses.
In normal times meetings are held from time to time during the year to update members on new developments and seek their views on RCM matters. We also aim to hold occasional social meetings and events.
If you are already a member of the RA and your contact details have not changed, there is no need to fill in a new membership form. You can pay your 2021 subscription direct to the RCMRA bank account (details on the back of the Membership form).
If you are joining the Residents Association for the first time, please download the membership form (link above). You can either send a scan of your completed form to us at RCMRA when you pay your subscription or in the post to:

AGM Deferred to 2021
In common with many small community and charitable organisations, the RCMRA Committee has decided that the 2020 AGM (which would normally have been held in November) should be deferred until the current emergency lockdown/restrictions can be lifted.
We are looking into the options to hold a virtual AGM in the New Year and will circulate details of this, together with the normal annual financial and other reports shortly.
In the meantime, the current Block reps/RCMRA Committee have all agreed to extend their terms for a further year, or until an AGM and new elections can be held.
