Who We Are
The Residents Association is a group of residents who volunteer to work to build an active lively community here at Royal Clarence Marina, and are a representative voice in discussions with the service management company.
A gentle reminder - if you have not yet paid your £10 subscription for 2026 membership, please do so as soon as possible.
Residents Association - Meetings with RMG
A great deal of time has been spent by the RA preparing meaningful measures in the form of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to be included in Berkeley Homes contract with RMG.
The last Residents Association meeting was held with RMG on 3rd March 2026. Key points from the meeting can be found via the Members Area of the website; rcmra.co.uk
Car Parking.
It was noted that a letter was sent to all residents advising that current paper car parking permits would no longer be valid from 16 March. THIS IS NOT CORRECT. There is to be a phased approach and only Zone 1 will move to E-permits on that date. We know that this has caused a lot of confusion and concern.
The updated implementation dates are as follows:
-
Zone 1: Sippi permit system live from 16 March 2026
-
Remaining Zones: Sippi permit system live from 13 April 2026
This phased approach will allow for a smoother transition for residents and provide additional time for the remaining areas of the site to be fully on-boarded to the system.
UKCPM drop in sessions 17th and 19th March between 10.00 and 15.00 in the RMG office.
If you wish to comment on these or any other topics/issues that you think should be raised at the monthly meetings with RMG, please e-mail the RCMRA Secretary rcmraweb@gmail.com
RMG KPIs
'Off to a Good Start ....'
The Residents Association proposed an additional set of KPI’s which, when added to the Berkeley Homes specific KPI’s, would result in a total financial penalty, up to 15% of RMG’s annual fee, in the event that all KPI’s were not met.
The proposals drafted by the RCMRA were agreed in full by Berkeley Homes and RMG and came in to effect on 1st September 2025.
We are continuing to see the benefits of the contract changes, with Berkeley Homes now regularly attending the monthly progress meetings, RMG are focused on completing routine repairs within the 30 day target.
