Contacting RMG in an emergency
In an emergency (possible threat to life or significant damage to the property) , residents should contact RMG living on 023 8021 0040. Out of hours staff cover on this number is reduced but the call will be answered. The call centre staff will ask questions about the issue (they are not necessarily familiar with our site) and once they have established that the request for help is urgent, they will contact the property manager for approval to call for a contractor to attend the site. The call handler will then contact the resident to confirm what action is being taken to rectify the problem. In the event of a fire alarm the resident should call 999 and ask for the fire brigade.
Querying your bill and/or accounts
Any queries about your service charges should be addressed to RMG. Quote the account and invoice number and give your full address at RCM.
Meetings with RMG
The Residents Association Committee meets RMG most months to discuss various topics relating to the management and maintenance of the Estate and buildings. Key points from the meetings and other information are available to RCMRA Members in the "Members" area of this website.
The Residents Association can only deal with issues which are common to everyone (or a number of leaseholders). We cannot act on behalf of individuals in the first instance. However, If you want to keep the Committee or your block rep in the loop, feel free to contact us via the "Contact" page on this website.
