What does the Property Manager actually do? Questions for RMG 24 November: Report


Over fifty RCY residents attended an evening meeting on 24th November 2022 at the Portsmouth Offshore Group Clubroom to hear from RMG Regional Manager, George Davies, and RCY Property Manager, James Hall.


George Davies began his presentation by introducing the current RMG team, following the departure of the previous Property Manager, Toby Felton. He also covered briefly the role of the Property Manager and the areas of responsibility they have on behalf of their client, Berkeley Homes.

James Hall continued by talking about the work RMG has done in the part year and their plans for the coming year.

George thanked residents for submitting several questions in advance, some of which he and James had endeavoured to cover at least in general terms during their presentation. He then went through the specific topics raised and responded to further resident queries from the floor:

George Davies concluded their presentation by reminding residents how to contact the property Manager and how to report issues. There is a dedicated royalclarence@rmguk.com e-mail address which goes to James & Vanessa: RMG Customer Service is also available 24/7 via e-mail, telephone and online chat. The details are on every block noticeboard and on the RCMRA website. He also would like to encourage all leaseholders to sign up to the RMG customer portal, RMG Living.
