The Red Arrows are due to give a flying display over Portsmouth Harbour 5:43pm- 6.23pm on Wed 20th October "in support of an event on HMS Prince of Wales while the ship is alongside in port". (back-up plan for 21st Oct, slightly earlier timings).
There are air-space restrictions in place for both dates and the , has issued information to all shipping about closure and restrictions for vessels in the harbour.
Weather permitting, this should be a fabulous display to watch from Royal Clarence Yard.
