The plot of land was originally planned to be a new cinema for Gosport. Then it was planned to be a block of 78 flats. Now the plan is for a smaller building with 55 studio, one- and two-bedroom flats. The flats on the north side will have views of Forton Bridge and Portsmouth Harbour...
