RMG Contract Midterm Review Meeting

The Residents Association has negotiated a series of Key Performance Indicators for RMG. Paull Edwards, as Chair of the Residents Association, attended the first mid term review meeting. Discussions centred around time to process major works and water charges where further work is being done. But the failure to issue service charges within the defined timescale was agreed. This is an example of how the residents association is holding the management company to account.
